Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another email with your tracking number once it ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days after shipping. Our products ship from partner warehouses, some located outside the United States, so delivery times may vary. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or holiday periods.

ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship only within the United States.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll try to update it before the order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
